A BH at max weapon upgrades deals 8-16 DMG- assuming you roll high on that and crit, that would be your max damage. Assuming the game rounds up, 181. (By the way, used BH because I believe he has the highest damage potential- a 16 damage shot on a marked target (+90%) does about 30 damage, which is more than a leper can roll.). May 04, 2017 Yesterday I received two comments on my article titled 'Voice of the Martyrs (VOM) Funded Abuse of Nigerian Orphans' from a woman named Christine. It would appear that Voice of the Martyrs has loosed their damage control team on the internet as obviously efforts appear to be coordinated across the web. Some organizations hire public relations teams to stem Read More ». If I need a big heal I'm using flash of light especially if infusion is up for the +40%. It then got me thinking I should enchant or focus on more crit for holy shock and martyr to double. Yes double the heal and damage to me. It just feels like stacking haste doesn't cut the holy shock cool down by more than 0.5 second and crit would go further?

League of Legends has got a huge variety of champions, but they’re lacking the quintessential “Knight in shining armor”. None of the champions fit this, and I feel it has huge potential, so I went about designing a champion that I largely based off of the “Templar” and “Holy knight” archetype.
Passive - Monolithic: Ser Damian’s thick armor and shield give him a 50% chance to ignore critical hits and take normal damage instead.
Q – Rebuke: Ser Damian charges a location, bashing enemy units with his shield on arrival, dealing damage and silencing them; he then can slam his sword into the ground, creating a shockwave that pushes units away.
Ser Damian rapidly moves to his target location and assault surrounding enemies with his shield, silencing them for 1 second and dealing 25/50/75/100/125 (+0.5) physical damage. For 2 seconds afterwards, activating the ability again will cause Ser Damian to thrust his sword into the ground, creating a shockwave that forces units back from the epicenter, dealing another 25/50/75/100/125 (+0.5) physical damage.
Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 Mana
Range: 475
W – Zealot’s Favor: Ser Damian calls upon the divine to shield him, passively blessing him with increased armor and magic resistance. The Martyr can call upon further aid, further increasing the bonus and granting health regeneration for 7 seconds.
Passive: Increases Ser Damian’s armor and magic resistance by 15/30/45/60/75
Active: Ser Damian’s armor burns with light, doubling the passive bonuses and healing him by 80/140/200/260/320 (+0.3) over 7 seconds. While on cooldown the passive bonus does not apply.
Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 Mana
Range: 20
E – Holy Fire: Ser Damian’s sword becomes bathed in flames, causing his melee attacks to send out arcs of fire that deal magic damage.
Ser Damian’s sword ignites with holy fire which fans out in waves with each melee attack, dealing 4/10/16/22/28 base damage plus (+0.3) (30% of his ability power) to enemies in front of him for 10 seconds.
Cost: 70 Mana
Range: 200
R - Martyrdom: Ser Damian puts his own life on the line for that of an ally, receiving 75% of all damage that ally takes for 4/5/6 seconds. If activated while Zealot’s Favor is active, Ser Damian takes less damage; if activated while Holy Fire is active, Ser Damian sends out shockwaves of flames when hit.
Redirects all incoming damage from a targeted ally to Ser Damian; if activated while Zealot’s Favor is active, Ser Damian receives 5/10/15% less damage; if activated while Holy Fire is active, Ser Damian sends out waves of fire in all directions when hit, dealing 20/40/60 base damage plus (+0.3) (30% of his ability power) each wave.
Cost: 150 Mana
Range: 600
Background: There are those in Valoran who believe in something greater than themselves, greater than anything else in existence. Isolated from both Demacia and Noxus, separate from nearly all the going-ons of the world, lies the sprawling fortress that houses the Divine Right, a monastic order that has found its numbers swell and its structure become more militarized in light of the conflicts between Demacia and Noxus. However the Divine Right is not immune to the troubles of the world, and with the threat of the looming Noxian High Command, the monastery decided to appeal to the League for aid.
Ser Damian is the chosen of the Divine Right, their representative the League of Legends. Thrust onto the battlegrounds of the Fields of Justice, The Martyr fights with zealous discipline, encased in armor and calling forth fire and light to aid him. Whether these powers are simply a brand of common magic or truly a gift bestowed by something above has yet to be seen.
“You know not what you do; I will fight you to my last breath, but I forgive you.”
